“Black is” is a project that focuses on the positives of being Black and African. The project comprises of a mixture of African attires and accessories, to enlighten people outside of these communities of what being black or African is all about. Black symbolises Love, Beauty, Power, Strength, Endurance, Authority, Excellence, Vulnerability, Uniqueness, Resilience and so much more which can be portrayed in beautiful ways but are rarely showcased.

With this project, I hope to encourage people especially the youths of similar race and ethnicity to embrace their roots with pride because Black is Everything and More.
